Ripple measurement
Ripple measurement is a special kind of measurement of the longitudinal section. In this process, ripples with wave lengths of 1mm to 1.8 mtr. are detected, evaluated, and classified by a sensor in the centre of the driving surface. The sensor's position is chosen in such a way that the individual movements of the measuring head will not influence the measuring result.
