Operative range
The OPTImess sensor has been specially designed for non contact measurement in the wood industry’s production plants. It combines many advantages of the well-known OPTImess standard series, such as:
- sturdy construction,
- regulated laser diode,
- interference immunity with regard to extraneous light,
- high measuring frequency,
with a cost effectiveness, which has been adapted to the wood industry as best as possible.

- on-line thickness measurement
- board measurement
- profile measurement
