Step measurement
The cases of application illustrated in this example are expansions of the previous examples (edge gauging and location surveying), whereby the surfaces to be mea sured are no longer placed directly on top of each other.
With the OPTIscan / OPTImess 2D it is possible to measure the height “Ho” as well as “Xo”, “Eo”, and “x”.
The user can obtain all parameters from Edge Gauging, Location Surveying and Pedestal Detection directly from the sensor’s exit or via an OPTImess data processing unit.
